This presentation will describe the look and feel of an IPAC conference as developed since APAC, EPAC and PAC (now NA-PAC) merged into the first IPAC which took place in Kyoto, Japan in 2010. It will describe the various activities carried out by the organizing committees and by the key people behind the scenes. Attention will be paid to the tools developed by the JACoW Collaboration, and in particular the Scientific Programme Management System (SPMS) which is used to carry out the scientific programme management, delegate and exhibitor registration, the whole editorial suite for the production of the proceedings, poster session management, as well as how SPMS data concerning participants, exhibitors, contributions to the programme are fed back into the conference website to share with contributors and participants.
